Paperwork - we provide multiple templates that will be ready for use when you attach your logo and name on them. Included are "Aftercare Instruction for Tattoo Removal", "Client Information and Medical History", "Consent for Laser Tattoo Removal Treatment", "Patient Consultation/Pricing Form", "Supervision/Delegation Agreement Between Physician and Laser Tech", and "Patient Flow Sheet".
We'll help you establish a workable, efficient process to handle patients. This includes everything from coaching on what questions patients will ask when they email or call about your practice to role-playing through numerous consultations with patients to see how to speedily and persuasively "sell" and "inform" this procedure to patients. We'll discuss charting strategies, patient attrition-avoidance techniques, and many, many other hints that we've honed in our own clinics and learned from others.
Protocols - as some of the most experienced laser tattoo removal practitioners, we've developed protocols for almost every tattoo removal laser system and we've certainly got our favorite lasers that we use in our own clinics and train with. We'll provide detailed protocols that give you the settings for wavelength, fluence, spot size, and technique to maximize treatment effectiveness.
